How we list Ohio roofers
Once we've confirmed a roofing contractor with an Ohio address, they go on the list for free, A to Z by name. We don't rate roofers and nobody can pay to move up. You get the phone number, the roofer's own website and a link to their Google reviews, and you make the call. We never ask for your number, so there's nothing to sell.
Where do the listings come from?
We find roofing contractors in public business listings. Then we check each roofer's name, phone and website against their own website, or call them if they don't have one. A roofer goes on the list after that check. We place each roofer in a county by the ZIP code of their business address, using the U.S. Census Bureau's ZIP-to-county file. If a ZIP crosses a county line and the town sits on one side of it, the town decides.
Where do the storm numbers come from?
The hail, wind and tornado counts on each county page come from the NOAA Storm Events Database, 2021 through 2025. Each count is a report someone filed with the National Weather Service. A report doesn't mean every roof in the county took damage.
Who runs Roofers of Ohio?
Tech Dad Media, a small web design and local search company in Ohio. Tech Dad Media also builds websites for some roofing companies. Those companies get the same A to Z spot as everyone else. No better placement, no extra links.
Is your company listed wrong, or missing?
Roofers can ask us to fix a listing, add one or take one down. It's free. Use the contact line on our privacy page with your company name, phone and the page URL.
